Approach

Fixed prices. Prove it on one workflow before you commit to the rest.

Most automation projects run over — 68% of them, by an average of 42%. Ours cannot, because the price is agreed before we start and does not move.

The promise

One number, agreed up front, held to the end

Fixed price

The figure in the scope is the figure you pay. If it takes us longer than we thought, that is our problem, not your invoice.

Fixed scope, in writing

Agreed before anything starts. Anything new is quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

Nothing hidden underneath

Integration, testing, deployment, handover and training are in the price. Third-party subscriptions are yours and we tell you what they cost before you commit.

The ladder

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them

01

Automation audit

Free
45 minutes

We walk one process end to end and put an annual cost on the three biggest time sinks. Written summary within 24 hours whether or not you go further. You owe us nothing.

  • A number for what the process costs you a year
  • The three biggest time sinks named
  • An honest answer on whether it is worth automating
03

System

£9,500
three workflows · 4 weeks

The obvious next three, built as one connected thing rather than three separate automations, with a dashboard so you can see them running.

  • Three connected workflows
  • Integration with your existing tools
  • A dashboard showing what they are doing
  • Training for whoever owns it
04

Programme

£19,500
six workflows · 8 weeks

A whole function automated rather than a set of tasks — usually the full invoice-to-payment cycle, or enquiry-to-booked-work end to end.

  • Six connected workflows
  • Deeper integration work
  • Dashboard and reporting
  • Training and documented handover

Afterwards

Keeping it working, if you want us to

Optional, cancellable on 30 days, and genuinely optional — the automation is yours and runs without us. Automations break when the tools around them change, which is the actual reason this exists.

Watch

£600
per month
  • Monitoring and alerting
  • Fixes when your other tools change
  • Response within two working days

Work

£1,400
per month
  • Everything in Watch
  • One new automation a month
  • Quarterly review against the original numbers
  • Next working day response

Partner

£2,800
per month
  • Everything in Work
  • Two new automations a month
  • A named day in your calendar each month
  • Same day response

The awkward questions

Answered here rather than on the call

What if the Sprint does not save enough to justify going further?

We tell you, and you stop. You keep what we built and the baseline measurement. We would rather lose a build than sell one that will not pay for itself.

Why pay for a Sprint when other agencies do free discovery?

Free discovery is a sales meeting with a document attached. The Sprint is working software in your systems within two weeks. The audit call is genuinely free — the Sprint is where we build.

Is £2,000 not cheap for this?

It is deliberately at the bottom of the market range, because its job is to prove we can do the work, not to make money. The build is where we earn.

What if the scope turns out to be bigger than we thought?

That is our risk, not yours — the price is fixed. If you ask for something genuinely new mid-build, we quote it separately rather than quietly absorbing it and running late.

Who actually does the work?

The person who scopes it. You will not be sold by a founder and delivered by a subcontractor you never met.

What happens if we stop working together?

The automation is yours. It runs in your accounts, on your infrastructure, with documentation. Nothing is held back to keep a retainer alive.

Do you use AI for everything?

No. Most automation is plumbing between systems that already exist, which is cheaper and far more reliable than a model. We use AI where judgement or language is genuinely required, and ordinary code everywhere else.

What do you need from us?

A few hours across the two weeks: system access, one person who knows the process, and honesty about the baseline. These projects fail when nobody internally owns the change.

The audit call costs you forty-five minutes.

No pitch, no obligation. We name the three biggest time sinks in one of your processes and put a number on them. You keep the notes.
