Use of the website

You may browse and use this website for lawful business or informational purposes only. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Project proposals and scope

All service engagements are subject to agreed scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Any additional work outside the approved scope may require a revised quotation or timeline.

Payments

Invoices, deposits, milestone payments, and due dates are governed by the specific project agreement or invoice. Late payments may delay delivery or support until the account is brought current.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables are transferred or licensed according to the project agreement after the relevant payments are completed. We may retain ownership of internal tools, workflows, or reusable components.

Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and professional service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability or that the website will always be error-free. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and any signed agreement.
